Yard of the Month
The Yard of the Month award honors the efforts of Little Casa View residents who take pride in the exterior of their homes and landscaping, ultimately contributing to the beauty of our neighborhood and inspiring others to do the same. Winners may display the "Yard of the Month" lawn sign in their yard and receive a $25 gift card to Stone’s Hardware.
The Yard of the Month initiative takes place in Spring and Summer months of April through September.

Despite the August heat, this home features a vibrant lawn, thriving flower beds, and two impressive shade trees. The landscaping is meticulously maintained, with plants regularly rotated to showcase the best of each season. Kudos to our neighbors at 2218 Centerville!

The home that is our Little Casa View Yard of the Month winner has been nominated three times in the past five years.
Throughout the years, this yard has continuously been meticulously manicured and the flower pots look amazing no matter how hot the weather becomes.
